I started up this food blog at the beginning of 2020 with the goal of inspiring and encouraging others to make homemade meals and enjoy doing it. I'm really just starting this journey myself and I want to invite you to join me in a healthier, cheaper, and more flavorful eating experience.
I see cooking and baking as a discipline, a science, and an art form (as are most things in their purest form). It's a discipline in that you get better at it with practice. It's a science in that recipes are repeatable and numbers make a difference. Finally, it's an art form in that you can make it your own and express your own style and tastes.
Homemade food is a wonderful adventure with so many benefits and I feel I'm only just scratching the surface. With this blog, I hope at the very least to just share some of the joy I've already found from this strange yet enticing world of food. Enjoy!
